You can find difficult workouts anywhere. The programs that follow incorporate decades of tried and true methods to help you achieve results fast and continue to make ongoing progress. Every exercise, rep, set, and variable are meticulously planned to progress over the course of each workout, each week, each month and each cycle. Plus, included with each purchase is a free comprehensive Movement Library, containing demo videos of how to properly execute every exercise in the program.

What's Included?

Each program includes 4 unique three-week phases. Combined, they total a year of structured and periodized training.

They incorporate barbells, dumbbells, bilateral and unilateral movements, and more, for optimal ongoing progress and injury prevention. Also, the majority of the programs require access to an equipped gym. Please contact us if you are unsure about your equipment or need substitutions.
