“Strength 1” is a 12-week strength program designed to build a bullet-proof athletic body, that not only looks good but performs optimally. It dramatically improves overall strength, structural balance, and is guaranteed to bust through plateaus and leave old PR’s in the dust.
Each phase contains 4 strength training workouts every week.
Who is it for?
This would be ideal for anyone with a prior experience in the weight room – whether that’s a commercial gym, athletic team, CrossFit, or even home gym – who wants to take their lifting to a new level.
