“Complete Fitness 1” is a 12-week strength and conditioning program designed to build a well-rounded foundation of strength and metabolic capacity. It dramatically improves structural balance, body composition, and overall strength.
Each phase contains 4 strength training workouts and 1 conditioning session every week.
Who is it for?
This would be the starting point for any beginner trainee or anyone who has not utilized variables like tempo and specific rest periods. Even experienced lifters will benefit greatly from revisiting some fundamentals.
